Site Editing

Edit Site Settings and More

You can manage your site settings and more from the Site page of your dashboard.

Plan

If you are on the free plan, you’ll see an option here to upgrade your site. For sites you’ve already upgraded, you’ll see a Manage button to manage the subscription.

Pages

We show a searchable list of site pages, which makes it quick and easy to manage certain aspects of your pages. Click on the “...” button on the right for a page and you’ll see several options:

  • Design in site editor - open the page in the website editor
  • Preview - view a preview of the published page
  • Settings - view and edit the page’s settings
  • Duplicate page - make a copy of the page
  • Set as Homepage - make this page the site homepage
  • Delete - delete the page

System Pages

In addition to the pages you create, we also provide a list of pages that we create automatically for every site. For each page in the list, we provide an option to open the page in the website editor as well as to preview the page.

Redirects

If you’ve created any page redirects you will see these listed here; each also includes a link to preview the redirect.

Settings

Finally, we provide a number of settings for your site which you can control.

Your site title is displayed in the browser tab as well as indexed by search engines.

Once the upload completes, you can use the Replace button to upload a new file if you make changes. You can also use the Remove button to remove the file entirely. If you want to see the contents of the file after uploading, click the link to preview the file.

Password

Setting a site password will give you the option to password protect individual pages of your site.

Hide from search engines

Toggle this option on if you want to prevent search engines from indexing your entire site. Note that hiding from search engines will also hide the site from the search component.

Block AI Bots and Scrapers

With this option toggled on, we will attempt to block AI bots and scrapers from indexing your site and generating AI summaries. Note that this may affect your search engine ranking.
