Your allowance is the total number of emails sent, not the number of campaigns. Test emails count too. Unused emails do not roll over, and there are no automatic overage charges.
A Few Things to Know Before You Send.
What Do I Need to Start?
You need an Ultimate website plan, a published site, and a connected domain. Domains managed elsewhere must be verified. Before sending, set up your sending domain and sender details. Email marketing is not currently available for agency sites.
How Does the Monthly Allowance Work?
One email sent to one subscriber uses one email from your allowance. For example, a campaign sent to 250 subscribers uses 250 emails. Your campaign must fit within your remaining allowance before it can be sent.
Can I Bring My Existing Subscribers?
Yes. Import a CSV of contacts who have agreed to receive your emails, or add subscribers individually. You can also connect your website forms to a list to collect new subscribers.
Can I Change My Email Plan Later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect once confirmed, with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at renewal. Canceling a paid email add-on returns you to the Base allowance included with Ultimate.
