Set your email branding and design defaults
Add your business identity and choose the colors, fonts, and layout settings for new emails.
Set your business identity and email design defaults before creating emails. New emails start with your site's branding and these defaults, and you can customize each email separately.
Add your business identity
- Open your site's dashboard and select Marketing.
- Go to Business Identity.
- Enter your Business Name and Address.
- Choose or upload an image for your Logo. Use Remove if you want to clear it.
- Select Save at the bottom of the page.
Your name, address, and logo are used in email headers and footers. Preview your email to check how they appear in its layout.
Set design defaults
In Design Defaults, choose the shared settings you want to use for new emails:
- Background and canvas colors.
- Text, heading, link, and button colors.
- Text and heading fonts.
- Content width, text size, and button border radius.
Select Save to apply your changes. Select Cancel Changes to discard unsaved edits on this page.
Customize an individual email
Open an email under Marketing > Emails, then select Design in the editor. Adjust its colors, typography, and layout. These changes belong to that email.
New emails retain the design settings they start with, so changing shared defaults later does not automatically restyle those emails. To apply a current default to an existing email, use Use Default for that setting in its Design panel. This applies the default as it is now; repeat it if you want to pick up a later change.
Saved campaigns also keep their own copy of the email content. After changing branding or an email design, edit and save any draft campaign that should use the updated version, then review its preview again.
